Or can some be a distraction? The radio station can be a good place to start listening.  You can put in a CD.  If you think your favorite music fits the work environment, include it.  Everybody has their choice of music type to listen to.  Since the turn of the 20th century, many like popular,</span><em> j</em><em>azz</em>, <em>classical</em>, <em>folk</em>, <em>rock</em><em> </em><span>or soundtracks.  Many people love to listen to the great classical composers. A large number of people find that a </span><em>contemporary jazz band</em> <span>fits their mood while working.  Movie music had been a good background music. Music that is light and smooth fit the mood.  All the singers are very good but there are many who prefer instrumental music.  Not that the words are annoying, but it brings a mellow tone of concentration.  People like to hear melodies they recognize.  Some hum along while listening to the tunes.  Music that introduces new weight can raise your energy level.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span>Don’t deny yourself the music you need.  You might be able to teach yourself to work more productively with background music, even though you’ve been use to a quiet atmosphere.   Some people who have their own office get customized music programming especially for their business.  The business might call for instrumental or classical background to ease the nerves and soothe uneasiness.  However, the managers find the source to create music specifically for them and their customers.  Everyday millions of people create music for their customers.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><em>&#8220;</em><em>Music moves our souls, pushes us onward</em>&#8220;<span>.  It is difficult to picture a workplace without music. Music at workplace can help you to get through boring work every day. So, increase your energy level at work by working with music and manage your boss with a smile in face and your favorite music in your heart. </span></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>&#8220;Music&#8221; can heal. The right music can fill you with awe and wonder, lift you out of your everyday life and send you soaring with the angels. It can give you hope, stimulate your imagination, and help you change your life and then change the world.</p>
<p>Music expresses. Music can <em>soothe</em> and <em>heal </em>by expressing commonality, humanity, compassion, and empathy. Music can take you from where you are now and gently (or emphatically!) usher you towards where you wish to be. There is comfort to be found just in knowing that someone else understands where you are and how you feel. The right music can energize you to move beyond procrastination, denial, or whatever blocks you have.</p>
<p>Music holds our memories. TV commercials show us how this happens. It’s easier to remember the jingle than whatever product was being sold; I find that&#8217;s true of jingles I heard as a child. Because music holds our memories, it has been found to be useful with those afflicted with neurological disorders, such as Alzheimer&#8217;s disease. A song with words like the familiar <em>children&#8217;s rhyme</em> <em>&#8220;one, two, buckle my shoe&#8221;</em> can help them remember simple tasks.<br />
Lastly, the healing power of <em>inspirational music</em>, to me, also comes from its ability to open our hearts. There are songs and melodies that open our hearts to feelings that we didn&#8217;t even realize we were closed to! We can listen to something that brings us to tears when we were not feeling sad. This can be through a connection to Universal sadness or to our own personal sorrow. So, explore music thereby stay healthy &amp; fit.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Almost every new parent has experienced the frustration of trying to get a fussy baby to sleep. For some it is an occasional problem, for others it is a constant nightmare. You spend hours trying to get your baby to sleep, only to find, a few hours later they are awake and crying. You get them back to sleep, only to face the same thing a few hours later. After a few nights of this, you start to wonder if you will ever get a good night’s sleep again. Baby sleep problems can have many causes and it’s important that you rule out obvious things like hunger, pain or illness. Assuming it isn’t one of those problems then try to set a series of bedtime rituals to calm your baby and get them ready to sleep.</p>
<p><img class="alignleft size-full wp-image-327" title="Music 4 Babies" src="http://maxim-energy.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/05/Music-4-Babies.jpg" alt="Music 4 Babies" width="123" height="112" />Over stimulation is a major cause of baby sleep problems. Noise, television, videos, loud music, raised voices are things we all deal with every day. For adults we learn to live with and ignore these things, even though they may cause us stress. For babies everything is new, their ears are more sensitive than ours, and the only way they can handle stress is by crying, or in extreme cases getting sick. Well before you want your baby to sleep you must reduce stimulation. Turn off the television, keep conversation levels low, close windows if you live on a noisy street and play calming music.</p>
<p>93% of parents surveyed, report that playing calming music helps create a relaxing and calming environment, which not only calms their baby, but also helps to relax themselves, and helps solve their baby sleep problems. Set consistent rituals for bedtime – music, bath, nursing, rocking etc. It isn’t necessary to do exactly the same thing every time but provide a set of rituals that will make it obvious to your baby that it is time to get ready to sleep and he or she will learn to associate the ritual with sleep. Once they are used to a specific set of bedtime rituals you will find they go to sleep easier and sleep longer.</p>
<p><img class="alignleft size-full wp-image-326" title="Music4baby" src="http://maxim-energy.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/05/Music4baby.jpg" alt="Music4baby" width="111" height="117" />In every culture and every country music is used to calm fussy babies. Whether playing baby lullabies on a CD or by mothers singing. Even animals vocalize to calm their offspring &#8211; a cat’s purr reassures her kittens and lulls them to sleep. Find some <strong>calming music</strong>,<strong> baby lullaby</strong> CDs are perfect, but it can be classical music, jazz, new age, or anything that you and your baby enjoy. Turn the volume down low and see your baby sleep problems disappear as both your baby and you relax, and <strong>your baby drifts off to sleep</strong>.</p>
<p>Leave the music playing once your baby falls asleep. Then if your baby wakes she will soon drift off again.
