<p>The first aspect to healthy living is nothing but eating regular routine of three meals a day. Even if you skip one meal, then you may get into many problems. Skipping food may not have an immediate impact but when it becomes a habit and persists, then at a later stage it might lead to stomach ulcer or even throat ulcer. The bitter truth is <strong>&#8220;You cannot cut down fat by avoiding your daily meal&#8221;.</strong></p>

Try to include more of salads in your daily diet in a way to include fruits and veggies to your food. I am damn sure you cannot cut down junk foods. But you can limit your favorite junk foods.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Tip#4</span> Cut Down UnhealthyFat</strong></p>
<p>Fats are very essential for our brain to function effectively. But the fat I mentioned is healthy fats and not unhealthy ones. Say you wanna have bread with butter. Go for cheese instead of butter. Cheese are even more good comparatively. Our body requires certain amount of fats. &#8220;<strong>So cut down unhealthy fats and limit healthy fats&#8221;.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Follow a Balanced Diet: </strong>Most of us misunderstand and misinterpret the very basic element that helps in weight loss &#8211; &#8220;A Balanced Diet&#8221;. This is often misinterpreted as either cut down of fatty and starchy foods or intake of only vitamins and minerals. This is the biggest mistake that most of us do. A balanced diet is a composition of all the essential nutrients that come from proteins,carbs, vitamins, minerals and fats in the correct proposition. Do remember, Fats are equally essential for your day to day activity that your brain and the nervous system demands for. So never ever cut down fats totally to zero.</p>
<p><strong>Method#2</strong></p>
<p><strong>Vigorous Workout: </strong>Workout is very essential and also plays a key role in burning your fat that has accumulated over a period of time. Try adopting different methods and levels of workout depending upon the amount of calories you wanna burn every day. Start with slow workouts and gradually increase your level from slow to vigorous and again come down steadily. Do not feel lazy as Laziness might give way to more and more calories.</p>

<p>You need <em>active living</em> to obtain and maintain strong muscles. Your exercise program should contain mostly of strength training exercise as this is the only activity that will keep your muscles strong and fit.</p>
<p>Activities that are slow, loan and steady like jogging, <em>walking, running</em> and <em>cycling </em>are excellent as part of an <strong>active lifestyle </strong>but these kind of exercises can never replace a proper exercise program.</p>
<p>Your body and health does not have to get caught up in the downward spiral of degeneration. If you have not paid attention to your all over body strength before be assured it is never too late to rebuild your weakened muscles. In fact you will be surprised that you can make them stronger than they have ever been in your whole life.</p>

<p>Working men and women cannot move away from their responsibilities and at the same time have to take care of their health. I know this is call for flexibility. But you can make it possible, all through workout. Your body needs it to move on.</p>

<p>Most of us feel lazy, when we are asked to workout or do some exercises because you need to get up early in the morning sacrificing your 10-11 hrs of sleep. The research also linked the stress of excess body fat to major physical conditions such as, <em>cancer, stroke, hypertension</em>, and <em>heart disease</em>.</p>
<p>Without a doubt, <strong>excess body fat</strong> is a &#8216;<strong>health hazard&#8217; </strong>and should be avoided. One of the best ways to find out if you are <strong>normal</strong>, <strong>overweight</strong>, or <strong>obese</strong>, is by determining your <strong>BMI</strong>, or <strong>Body Mass Index</strong>. To calculate your Body Mass Index, take your <em>weight</em> (in kilograms), and divide it by your <em>height</em> (in meters) squared. A score of:</p>
<p><strong>25.0 &#8211; 30.0</strong> means you are <strong>overweight,</strong><br />
<strong> 30.0 &#8211; 40.0</strong> points to <strong>obesity</strong>,<br />
<strong> 40 and above</strong> classifies you as <strong>morbidly obese</strong>.</p>
<p>Since<strong> BMI</strong> describes the<em> body weight relative to height</em>, it is strongly associates with the total body fat content in adults &#8211; children’s calculations are more complicated, because they also have to take gender and age into account.</p>
<p>Body shape and body fat distribution is important in determining a number of health risks. How your body is shaped, and where the fat bulges are hiding, is indeed relevant to your health. For example, the fat cells around the abdomen will release their fat more eagerly into the bloodstream than other fat cells. This means that <strong>‘pot-belly’</strong> victims are more likely at risk to get <em>narrowing arteries</em>, <em>diabetes</em> and <em>cancer</em>. <strong>Fat </strong>mainly deposited in the lower half of the body, such as the buttocks, thighs and hips does not appear to have the same risk factor. Also, weight deposits in the waist region are generally more characteristic for men than women.</p>
<p>So, <strong><em>Regular exercise</em></strong> for at least 30 min per day and a healthy diet will keep you away from diseases. &#8220;Watch you BMI at least every 3 months to avoid apologetic later over obesity&#8221;.</p>
