<li>A dress thats comfy for you during your labour.</li>
<li>After birth you might have to change your dress as the one you were wearing earlier will get dirty. Do keep in mind even after childbirth you might still look like a 6 months old pregnant women. So choose you outfits accordingly.</li>
<li>A soft outfit for your new born baby.</li>
<li>A breastfeeding bra.</li>
<li>If you were referring to any books on pregnancy or any handy tips from your childbirth lessons then take them too alone with you.</li>
<li>Music might be great source of relaxation. So carry your Ipods, CD Player or MP3&#8242;s with you.</li>
<li>Your mobile and calling cards.</li>
<li>Pillows that is comfy for you.</li>
<li>Cameras, handy cam and batteries</li>
<li>Carry a water bottle for the ice.</li>
<li>Sanitary napkins just in case you require them after childbirth.</li>

<p><strong>The Stages Of Pregnancy</strong></p>
<p>Pregnancy is generally measured in terms of Trimester&#8217;s. Any pregnant women has to undergo a stage of three trimesters totally. Each trimester being a different and a unique experience. So Let me tell you something about each of these trimesters.</p>
<p><strong>UR First Trimester (1st &#8211; 12 weeks)</strong></p>
<p>The first trimester starts on the day of your LMP (Last Menstrual Period) until you give birth to your baby and it lasts to almost 40 weeks. The first 12 week period of pregnancy is said to fall under the first trimester.</p>

<p><strong>Changes you might undergo: </strong>A pregnant women during her first trimester will undergo a lot of changes like hormonal, physical, emotional and other changes. One such noticeable change is the period stoppage. You might feel extremely tired, morning sickness, craving for certain foods, you might even dislike certain food or tastes especially, heartburn, headache, tender and swollen breasts, you might often urinate, Constipation, Weight gain or even loss etc.</p>
<p><strong>Changing your routine habits: </strong>You might have to alter your daily routine to go inline with your body changes. So observe them and try to alter your daily practices. Say you might be used to being awake in the night for longer hours. Then Now is your call for &#8220;early to bed and early to rise&#8221; concept. You will have to eat food frequently but in small amounts.</p>

<p><strong>Growth of UR Baby: </strong>During your first Trimester, your baby&#8217;s brain, spinal cord and the main organ &#8211; heart will start forming. At the same time your baby&#8217;s legs and arm buds would have just popped up. You baby is still an embryo at this stage. However, during the 8th week your baby&#8217;s major organs will start forming, the heart will also beat with a rhythm. Arms and legs will start growing longer and toes would begin to form. Eyes will also pop up in the  front and your baby will now look more like a human. During the 12th week, your baby&#8217;s external sex organ will be visible and can later find the baby&#8217;s gender.</p>
<p><strong>The Second Trimester (13th &#8211; 28 weeks)</strong></p>
<p>Most of the women would be happy to hit the Second trimester. And this stage they might not find it as difficult as the first trimester.</p>

<p><strong>Changes you might undergo:</strong> During your Second trimester, you might experience an all together different changes like expansion of your abdomen (it is a symptom of your baby growing),you might feel the movement of your baby, body aches, back pain, abdomen and thigh pain. Due to the expansion of your abdomen, you will have stretch marks on your abdomen, breast, thigh and also buttocks. You might find a thin line from belly to public hairline, dark patches on your face (known as pregnancy mask).</p>

During the 20th week,your baby&#8217;s eyebrows, eyelashes toenails and fingernails start forming. Your baby can also hear.</p>
<p><strong>Third Trimester (29th &#8211; 40 weeks)</strong></p>
<p>The discomforts that you might have had in your second trimester will continue to remain in the third.</p>

<p><strong>Growth of UR Baby: </strong>At this stage your baby&#8217;s bone will be fully grown, would have gained weight, can open and close the eyelids and will slowly turn head down for birth as you are nearing your due date.</p>
<p>Then it&#8217;s final stage of anxiety and curiosity to know how your baby looks like. So get excited and All the Best!</p>

Additional calories has to be taken during this stage for the growing baby. The additional calories should come from proper food groups like fruits and veggies and not from junk foods (as pregnant women might tend to crave for junk foods). Eat small meals frequently to avoid growling stomach.</p>
<p><strong>#3 Consult your Physician</strong></p>
<p>Do not try anything all by yourself. It is always advisable to consult your doctor or gynecologist for any doubts on medication or any intake of drugs that you usually take for your previous health problems. Get educated on everything about pregnancy from your doctor. Do not hesitate to consult them if you feel anything out of your way is happening. Discuss it out with your gynecologist.</p>

<li><strong>Minimize</strong> or <strong>avoid alcohol</strong>: According to the research, any person consuming more than 2 to 5 glasses of drinks daily need to be highly cautious about the Breast Cancer.</li>
<li><strong>Be aware of family history: </strong>Having a personal or family member’s history may increase the risk and do let your doctor know about this. But do remember if your mother or sister who have this before, does not mean you will be developing it as well.</li>
<li><strong>Check your breast every month:</strong> Checking your breast does not mean it can reduce the risks but helps to detect it earlier.</li>
<li><strong>Quit smoking: </strong>As we know that smoking will bring the effects in lung, mouth cancer and etc. Although there is no link between smoking and breast cancer but smoking at an early age increases the risks.</li>
<li><strong>Consume more vegetables and fruits:</strong> Eat raw or lightly cooked vegetables (broccoli, cabbage and etc) which consist of protein to offer the protection against it. While eat more servings of the fruits will also reduce the risks.</li>
<li><strong>Exercise regularly:</strong> Regular exercise provides the powerful protection. Aim for a 30 minutes of exercise such as briskly walking in for 5 or more days in a week.</li>
<li><strong>Keep a low fat diet:</strong> A low fat diet can reduce the risks of developing breast cancer by decreasing the risks of obesity.</li>

As we know that <strong>breast cancer</strong> is the <strong>second leading cause death in women</strong>, following by lung cancer. The diseases not only fall on women, for men also have the same issue. Men generally are at low risk which is less than 1 percent while for women there are <strong>90% of risk factors </strong>are found.</p>
<p>In order to <strong>create the awareness,</strong> education and knowledge about the same is very important which can provide women more sensitivity about this. For example risk factors, ways to prevent, what kind of treatment and how to detect early.</p>
<p>There are different <strong>kinds of risk factors</strong> such as <strong>gender</strong>, <strong>age,</strong> <strong>f</strong><strong>amily history</strong>, <strong>alcohol,</strong> <strong>smoking</strong> and etc. At this time, there is no guaranteed way to prevent it but what women can do is lowering the risk by changing those risk factors that can be changed. For example, <strong>limit alcohol use</strong>, <strong>exercise regularly</strong> to reduce the risk.</p>
<p>It is mostly treated by <strong>surgery</strong>, <strong>radiation therapy</strong>,<strong> chemotherapy</strong> and the treatment decisions will be based on the patient and her physician after considerations.</p>
<p>To <strong>reduce the risk</strong>, a person <strong>must change their lifestyle,</strong> for example quit smoking and often, the sooner the treatment begins, the better the chances for living many years and save your life as well.
